How we make parts through precision casting?

Making a Wax Mold: Using wax to create a mold that has the same shape as the final product.

Coating the ceramic shell: Dip the wax pattern into ceramic slurry and sprinkle with sand to create a hard shell.

Dewaxing: The mold is heated to remove the wax pattern, leaving an empty shell.

Casting metal: Molten metal is poured into an empty shell, cooled and shaped.

Shelling and trimming: Remove the ceramic shell and trim the surface of the casting.

Post-processing and inspection: heat treatment and surface treatment as needed, and finally check the casting quality.
